Wedding Announcement Form

Wedding information forms may be submitted online, dropped off, or mailed to the office. Details not on the form may not be used. Do not use nicknames and please indicate whether parents/grandparents are deceased, divorced or remarried.

The editor reserves the right to condense descriptive material.

If for any reason the wedding service is postponed or canceled, notify the news department at once.

Bridal pictures should accompany the write-up. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope, or photos may be picked up at the office: 112 N. Main Street, Fostoria following the appearance in the paper. Photos will remain on file at the office for one year.
