The Circulation Verification Council interviewed 273 residents in the primary market areas indicated in paragraph nine of the Fostoria Focus’ circulation audit report. The purpose was to identify regular readers of the publication and gather data useful for advertising purchase decisions. The interviews took place from throughout the audit cycle between the hours of 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. After choosing a random starting point in the appropriate distribution zip codes every tenth resident was called for verification. Over a ten-day calling period 273 residents were interviewed. All respondents identified themselves as 18 years or older. Survey percentages may not equal 100% due to rounding. This survey 190074-02 contains eight (8) questions. The Circulation Verification Council estimates that all the information in this survey has a minimum accuracy level of +/-2.5%.
